#TimeHop ROCKS. This was my transformation in only 21 days on a 60 day program Hammer and Chisel last year. I was terrified to turn 40 years old....like I would magically die and kill over and need a wheel chair and be hand feed. Funny thing almost 41 years old now....I've kept my resulted and then some! #hammerAndchisel . . Remember I told you all I was going to be in the best shape of my LIFE by 40 years old?!?! I did it and I think 41's gonna look even better! . . Eeek to think so
